I have so many photos to share with you from Kerry and Jason’s amazing, beautiful wedding and I would like to get right to that point. So I will not bore you this morning with the details of my day that revolve much around wondering just HOW many hours of video games is actually TOO many hours before DSS comes and takes away your children who have no imaginations and don’t know how to play outside.
Kerry is a gem..I met her and her mother last year when they began planning her wedding for this July. They had it it one of my all time, most favorite venues ever, Linden Place in Bristol, Rhode Island. You just can’t have anything besides a magical wedding at this place. I want to move in there and wear dresses with corsets and have elegant dinner parties and talk in an English accent like they do on Downton Abbey. It is just so gorgeous and the amazing attention that Kerry paid to her details was just perfection. She didn’t miss a thing..it was so beautifully and carefully thought out and it was a dream to shoot just like I knew it would be.
It won’t surprise you that Kerry is beautiful and Jason is handsome. Because I get all of the gorgeous people because I am the luckiest photographer in the world. I am also lucky because I had my good friend and talented photographer, Jeff Kobel with me that day.
One of the cutest flower girls ever. Walk on the streets of Bristol in a bathrobe? Hells yeah. So pretty. I mean..she is stunning. See? Every detail thought out. The blanket she gave her mom has part of her wedding dress on it. Jeff killed it that day. Love this shot. Kerry had a first look with her Dad and then with Jason. I absolutely love this picture. It is just me and my sister in my family so I know how they are all feeling here. Love it. Beauty Queen. C’mon. Timeless. The day could not have been more beautiful. I love these dancing pictures. We got to sneak away for some more pics before dinner. Sigh. Makes me very happy. Love this. Sweatbands as far as the eye could see. I distinctly remember shooting this image, Kerry and Jason surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, the band (who is awesome, Cover to Cover) completely rocking Don’t Stop Believing, and thinking to myself that this moment, right here, has to be one of the best of their lives.
Happily ever after…
